Dr Seema A V ,completed her undergraduate medical education and postgraduate course in ophthalmology from jjm medical college,davanagere in the year 2005.she has worked in the same college as associate professor.she is a trained paediatric and squint specialist from Aravind eye hospital Coimbatore in 2007.since then she has been pursuing her interest in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus in the places that she has worked ,namely lions eye hospital and Vasan eye hospital bangalore.presently she is attached to Vittala eye hospital ,bangalore as a general and paediatric consultant. She has undergone a short term course in lasers in diabetic retinopathy in Aravind eye hospital,Madurai.
